The Briefing to Member States in preparation for the High-Level Conference of Middle-Income Countries “Challenges for Sustainable Development and International Cooperation in Middle-Income Countries: the role of Networks for Prosperity” twas convened on 21 March 2013 in Vienna at the Vienna International Center (VIC).
The meeting provided further information about the outcomes of the open dialogue held in New York on 6 March 2013.
