Open Dialogue on Networks for Prosperity

The First Preparatory Meeting for the High-Level Conference of Middle-Income Countries took place from February 4th- 5th in Vienna at the VIC. The open dialogue on Networks for Prosperity  discussed overall concepts  definition.
